Usher releases another song from his upcoming album “Hard II Love.”

Last Friday, Usher blessed the streets by releasing two new songs, “Missin U” and “Champions.” With his forthcoming album due out on September 16th, Usher returns today with another release, “Rivals” feat. Future.The new song comes in the form a music video, which is currently available in its full form exclusively to TIDAL subscribers. For everyone else, TIDAL shares a 30-second section of the video in which Usher contemplatively rides through Atlanta. The song has the feeling of a somber ballad, though it is quick-paced enough that it may soon gain traction on the radio, if Usher releases it as a single.
