Patrick Okowa, Delta Assembly bye-election

When two elephants fight, the expectation is that the grass suffers.
But the opposite is the case in the just-concluded bye-election held in six wards of Warri South Constituency 1 for Delta State House of Assembly vacant seat.
The election took place in Ubeji, Obodo and Omadino (Ward 1); Ode Itsekiri (Ward 2), Ogunnu, Ekorede Urhobo (Ward 3); Uguwangbue, Ekorede Itsekiri (Ward 4); GRA (Ward 5) and Bowen Avenue (Ward 6) between Princess Shola Daibo of Accord Party; Mr. Stanley Emiko of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Mr. Ojere Edeyebo of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
