President Trump Orders Missile Attack on Syrian Air Base over Use of Chemical Weapons

The U.S. fired about 60 Tomahawk  missiles into Syria early today in retaliation against the regime of Bashar al-Assad for allegedly using nerve agents to attack civilians, U.S. Department of Defense said.

The Department said President Donald Trump ordered the attack on Al-Shayrat Air Base, the base from which the chemical attack on Syria’s Idlib province was launched.LINK
